We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:
• Product must be unused and in original packaging  
• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery  

Non-Returnable Items:
• Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)  
• Personal care or hygiene-related items  

Damaged or Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (images/video).

Refund Process:
• After receiving and inspecting the product, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days  
• Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer
